Soffio design reflecting Nature

Nature is the source of inspiration for so many beautiful creations, and the Soffio shower is among them. The component parts — tray, footboard, steel struts, even the screenprinted detail — take their cue from the delicacy of a leaf carried away by the slightest puff of air. Engineering materials of the latest generation brought together in a perfect combination, reflecting the gossamer lightness of a leaf. One size:160x82x197h cm.

The foliate shower tray

The feature of this dreamy shower that immediately catches the eye is the Okoume wood footboard, which takes on the semblance of a splendid broad leaf. But however special the shapes and forms, obviously nothing is sacrificed in terms of comfort and convenience: the footboard is set into a tray made of white CristalPlant solid surface composite, allowing the creation of a modern wall-mounted shower enclosure. The solid surface composite guarantees great strength, as also does the Okoume wood, considered to be the water-repellent species par excellence.

The wraparound shower screen

The special dual curvature of the rounded Soffio shower screen requires an equally special material: in this case clear methacrylate, a plastic resin affording great strength, and more malleable than traditional glass. The screenprinted decoration consists of stylized leaves hanging from a branch, a graceful and delicate image.

Steel taking shape

Last but by no means least, the steel struts anchoring the structure to the wall: these create the impression of a branch, combining with other features of the shower to produce a composition of notable harmony, all distilled into a concept and a design that is truly one of a kind.
