Only six companies, chosen from the excellence of Made in Italy: this is the DNA – Fluid Evolution concept, curated by arch. Marco Poletti. Within this framework is the Mastella exhibition, which presents some novelties in the bathroom furniture sector at the ISH fair.
As a preview at ISH, Mastella will be exhibiting a new collection, the result of the innovation of our Research and Development department. A new programme, based on 12 mm thickness, consistent in all elements: from the perimeter shell to the drawers, from the grip handle to open elements and shelves. Peculiarities of this bathroom furniture series are in fact the groove and drawers made entirely of wood, for a complete uniformity of finish. To dress this collection, Mastella’s palette of glossy and matt lacquers is combined with five HPL decors in top-quality wood-effect finishes. These coatings combine unrivalled aesthetics with exceptional moisture and chemical resistance performance for long-lasting beauty. The new integrated washbasin tops and Plano series tops in various materials can be combined with this collection.
The new programme is flanked by a product with a totally different concept, focused on the frequent need to create a bathroom even in very small spaces. Thus was born the Mini monobloc, which is mini indeed. Only 25 cm deep, ready to be inserted even where it may seem impossible to create a bathroom fitting. But with Mini you can, and with an aesthetic design where nothing is left to chance. A gem of a bathroom, because small does not mean less beautiful. Available in 2 widths, it consists of a push-to-open door and an open side compartment. It is completed by an integrated matt or polished washbasin where the mixer tap can also be accommodated. Available in glossy or matt lacquered finishes and in wood-effect HPL.
Another novelty is the Hide Box container mirror, equipped with an LED profile with a polycarbonate cover recessed on all four sides of the structure. The double-sided mirror doors are formed by 2 plates joined with a patented QSD system. The visible sides can be in various Mastella finishes. A special feature of this complement is a practical and elegant light adjustment by touch.
A discreet and minimalist touch sensor allows the LED strip integrated in the mirror to be switched on and off. In addition, thanks to the touch sensor, you can choose:
- A cool, more defined white shade – ideal for applying make-up or shaving, to start the day with the right mood and energy;
- A warm white shade, natural and enveloping – better for the evening, more relaxing and ideal for conveying a feeling of comfort.
The star of the Mastella space is the large For You bathtub, in the Bicolor version in warm or bright shades of colour. The shades, which can be chosen from a wide range of matt or glossy RAL colours, envelop and emphasise the light edges and essential design of the For You Bicolor. A touch that makes this freestanding bathtub even more precious, making it a perfect match for the chosen bathroom furniture. CristalPlant, the material in which For You Bicolor is made, is matt and velvety on the outside, very pleasant to the touch.
The For You Bicolor bathtub takes inspiration from more traditional models and brings them up to date in a solution with low weight and modern thicknesses. The balanced, oval profile creates a unique sinuous shape that can harmonise with any design.
